The teachers can apply to teach using the below steps:

- Register on the platform using an email address and set a password.
- Complete the registration form by filling in the required details, including Basic Information, Subjects, Spoken Languages, and Resume.
- After filling in the required details, submit the profile for admin review and approval.
- Once approved by the admin, the teacher will be able to log in to the teacher dashboard and add their availability for bookings by learners.
- In case the profile is rejected, the teacher can update the details based on the comments shared by the admin and resubmit the request for review.

The audio/video recording feature depends on the third-party API integrated into the system. Yo!Coach is now integrated with the LessonSpace API, which supports audio/video recording functionality.

To schedule a lesson:
- Sign in to your account and navigate to the “Teachers” section, which displays the list of teachers registered on the platform.
-Select the teacher with whom you wish to schedule a lesson and open their profile.
- Learners can either book a free trial session or purchase a lesson.
- Booking a free trial session will open the teacher’s availability calendar. Learners can select a preferred date and time slot and confirm the booking.
- To purchase a lesson, learners are required to complete the payment first and then schedule the lesson based on the teacher’s availability.

- To get started on the platform, learners are required to register using their email address and verify their account by clicking on the verification link sent to their email.
- Once verified, learners can log in and complete their profile by adding details such as a profile picture, phone number, country, timezone, etc.
- Learners can then search for teachers based on their requirements by entering the subject or course name.
- After shortlisting teachers, learners can book a free trial session to better understand the teacher’s teaching style and determine if they are a suitable fit.
- Following this, learners can choose a suitable teacher and continue with their classes.

- Trial sessions are introductory meetings between teachers and learners, allowing both parties to get acquainted with each other.
- During the trial session, teachers may provide a brief teaching demonstration to help determine whether they are a suitable fit for the learner's learning requirements.
- Trial sessions are free of cost and last for 15 minutes, or as configured by the admin.
- Learners can book a trial lesson by following the steps below:
1. Search for and select the teacher with whom they wish to book a trial session.
2. On the teacher’s detailed profile page, click on the “Book Free Trial” button.
3. Clicking this button will open the teacher’s availability calendar, where students can select a preferred date and time slot for the trial session.
4. Click on “Book Lesson,” which will redirect to the checkout page where the student needs to click on “Confirm Order” to finalize the booking.
- The system allows each student to book only one trial lesson per teacher.
- Teachers also have the option to disable trial sessions if they do not wish to offer free trial lessons to learners.
